This family-run hotel, perched high on the hills near St Agata, offers a serene retreat just a short bus ride from the bustling tourist spots of Sorrento and Positano. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, with modern amenities that made the experience very comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after long days exploring the picturesque countryside and coastline. I appreciated the terrace where I could unwind and admire the stunning views of the sea and rolling hills. The hospitality was commendable; the staff were always willing to assist with local tips and even helped organize trips with ease. Daily housekeeping ensured that the room remained fresh throughout my stay. Breakfast featured a mix of delightful Italian options, including made-to-order scrambled eggs-a lovely touch! While it undoubtedly presents a luxurious vibe, La Pergoletta is also a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers, with its excellent pricing for such high standards. The complimentary items, like wi-fi and toiletries, along with joyful service, balance luxury with value, confirming my decision to return. A delightful choice for anyone exploring the Amalfi Coast.
